Condominium sells for $3.5 million in Miami Beach

A spacious, recently built condominium located in the 300 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach has a new owner. The 2,384-square-foot property, built in 2018, was sold on March 10, 2023, for $3,500,000, or $1,468 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Additional units that have recently changed hands close by include:

• A 760-square-foot unit on the 300 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold in May 2022, for $555,000, a price per square foot of $730.
• On Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, in April 2022, a 1,850-square-foot unit was sold for $1,404,900, a price per square foot of $759.
• In August 2022, a 1,219-square-foot unit on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach sold for $1,725,000, a price per square foot of $1,415.
