A 2,340-square-foot condominium built in 1996 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 300 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach was sold on March 14, 2023, for $4,500,000, or $1,923 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and three baths.

Additional units that have recently been sold close by include:

• In March 2022, a 2,140-square-foot unit on South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $3,150,000, a price per square foot of $1,472.
• A 2,140-square-foot unit on the 800 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in August 2021, for $3,300,000, a price per square foot of $1,542.
• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in February 2022, a 1,732-square-foot unit was sold for $2,425,000, a price per square foot of $1,400.
