• A 943-square-foot unit on the 2600 block of Tigertail Avenue in Miami sold in May 2022, for $440,000, a price per square foot of $467.
• In December 2021, a 1,805-square-foot unit on South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold for $2,060,000, a price per square foot of $1,141.
• On Blaine Street, Miami, in January 2022, a 2,154-square-foot unit was sold for $1,325,000, a price per square foot of $615.
