Sale closed in Miami: $3.4 million for a condominium

A spacious, recently built condominium located in the 2800 block of South Bayshore Drive in Miami has a new owner. The 2,543-square-foot property, built in 2020, was sold on Feb. 21, 2023. The $3,400,000 purchase price works out to $1,337 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Additional units that have recently changed hands close by include:

• A 2,532-square-foot unit on the 2800 block of South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold in January 2022, for $3,299,000, a price per square foot of $1,303.
• In June 2022, a 2,532-square-foot unit on South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold for $3,999,000, a price per square foot of $1,579.
• On South Bayshore Drive, Miami, in April 2022, a 3,233-square-foot unit was sold for $5,400,000, a price per square foot of $1,670.
