Multi family sells in Hialeah area for $1.6 million

A building built in 1978 located in the 2400 block of Northwest 23rd Court in Hialeah area has a new owner. The 6,864-square-foot property was sold on Feb. 1, 2023. The $1,600,000 purchase price works out to $233 per square foot. The property features 14 bedrooms and 10 baths. It sits on a 0.3-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• On Northwest 26th Street, Miami, in August 2021, a 1,379-square-foot home was sold for $402,500, a price per square foot of $292.
• A 2,044-square-foot home on the 2600 block of Northwest 22nd Court in Miami sold in July 2022 for $675,000, a price per square foot of $330.
• In April 2022, a 2,303-square-foot home on Northwest 26th Street in Miami sold for $339,200, a price per square foot of $147.
