Detached house sells for $1.8 million in Pinecrest

A house built in 1950 located in the 9200 block of Southwest 69th Court in Pinecrest has a new owner. The 1,080-square-foot property was sold on Feb. 2, 2023 for $1,750,000, or $1,620 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and one bath. It sits on a 0.7-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• In October 2021, a 1,225-square-foot home on Southwest 69th Court in Pinecrest sold for $1,400,000, a price per square foot of $1,143.
• On Southwest 69th Court, Pinecrest, in October 2021, a 2,126-square-foot home was sold for $1,300,000, a price per square foot of $611.
• A 1,986-square-foot home on the 7000 block of Southwest 94th Street in Pinecrest sold in January 2023 for $1,360,000, a price per square foot of $685.
