The $1,800,000 purchase price works out to $688 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and one bathroom. It sits on a 6,888-square-foot lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• A 1,080-square-foot home on the 2400 block of Abaco Avenue in Miami sold in May 2022 for $1,471,000, a price per square foot of $1,362.
• In September 2021, a 1,279-square-foot home on Jefferson Street in Miami sold for $720,000, a price per square foot of $563.
• On Inagua Avenue, Miami, in June 2022, a 926-square-foot home was sold for $300,000, a price per square foot of $324.
