Condominium sells for $7.3 million in Miami Beach

A spacious condominium built in 2002 located in the 1000 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach has a new owner. The 3,365-square-foot property was sold on Jan. 24, 2023 for $7,300,000, or $2,169 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• A 1,080-square-foot unit on the first block of Alton Road in Miami Beach sold in February 2022 for $835,000, a price per square foot of $773.
• On Alton Road, Miami Beach, in February 2022, a 780-square-foot unit was sold for $670,000, a price per square foot of $859.
• In February 2022, a 1,130-square-foot unit on Alton Road in Miami Beach sold for $890,000, a price per square foot of $788.
