A spacious and recently built condominium built in 2018 located in the 16900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has a new owner. The 3,405-square-foot property was sold on Jan. 24, 2023. The $5,568,000 purchase price works out to $1,635 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in April 2022, a 1,730-square-foot unit was sold for $775,000, a price per square foot of $448.
• A 1,670-square-foot unit on the 16700 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in February 2022 for $770,000, a price per square foot of $461.
• In October 2021, a 1,730-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $725,000, a price per square foot of $419.
