The $9,205,485 purchase price works out to $540 per square foot. The property features 11 bedrooms, 17 baths, and a garage. It sits on a 2.4-acre lot, which also has a pool.

Additional houses have recently changed hands nearby:

• In November 2021, a 5,266-square-foot home on Pine Tree Drive in Miami Beach sold for $6,999,000, a price per square foot of $1,329.
• On West 51st Street, Miami Beach, in November 2021, a 2,722-square-foot home was sold for $2,790,000, a price per square foot of $1,025.
• A 6,028-square-foot home on the 5100 block of Lagorce Drive in Miami Beach sold in January 2022 for $7,800,000, a price per square foot of $1,294.
