Duplex sells for $11.8 million in Miami Beach
A spacious house built in 1936 located in the 3600 block of Flamingo Drive in Miami Beach has a new owner. The 7,360-square-foot property was sold on Jan. 24, 2023 for $11,750,000, or $1,596 per square foot. The property features seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 0.7-acre lot.

- A 1,322-square-foot home on the 400 block of West 42nd Street in Miami Beach sold in November 2021 for $950,000, a price per square foot of $719.
- In November 2022, a 2,864-square-foot home on Pine Tree Drive in Miami Beach sold for $2,800,000, a price per square foot of $978.
- On Sheridan Avenue, Miami Beach, in November 2022, a 2,075-square-foot home was sold for $1,450,000, a price per square foot of $699.
