The $2,500,000 purchase price works out to $286 per square foot. The property features 16 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms. It sits on a 7,000-square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• A 8,140-square-foot home on the 1100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in Miami Beach sold in January 2022 for $2,000,000, a price per square foot of $246.
• In December 2022, a 8,502-square-foot home on Pennsylvania Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $3,450,000, a price per square foot of $406.
• On Pennsylvania Avenue, Miami Beach, in October 2021, a 4,592-square-foot home was sold for $2,000,000, a price per square foot of $436.
