• On Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, in January 2022, a 1,280-square-foot unit was sold for $979,000, a price per square foot of $765.
• A 2,050-square-foot unit on the 6800 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold in April 2022 for $2,500,000, a price per square foot of $1,220.
• In June 2022, a 1,565-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $2,200,000, a price per square foot of $1,406.
