Three-bedroom home sells in Coral Gables for $5 million

The spacious property located in the 3100 block of Columbus Boulevard in Coral Gables was sold on Jan. 17, 2023 for $4,950,000, or $1,022 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms, four baths, and a garage. It sits on a 0.3-acre lot, which also has a pool.

Additional houses have recently changed hands nearby:

• In November 2022, a 1,688-square-foot home on Catalonia Avenue in Coral Gables sold for $1,150,000, a price per square foot of $681.
• A 6,330-square-foot home on the 2900 block of Columbus Boulevard in Coral Gables sold in May 2022 for $3,500,000, a price per square foot of $553.
• On Malaga Avenue, Coral Gables, in March 2022, a 6,167-square-foot home was sold for $4,300,000, a price per square foot of $697.
