The $1,925,000 purchase price works out to $941 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and two baths. The unit sits on a 0.3-acre lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• A 2,010-square-foot home on the 4000 block of Raynolds Avenue in Miami sold in April 2022 for $2,325,000, a price per square foot of $1,157.
• In January 2022, a 840-square-foot home on Frow Avenue in Coral Gables sold for $475,000, a price per square foot of $565.
• On Thomas Avenue, Miami, in October 2022, a 2,190-square-foot home was sold for $850,000, a price per square foot of $388.
