The 3,550-square-foot property was sold on Jan. 4, 2023 for $2,250,000, or $634 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms, five baths, and a garage. It sits on a 0.4-acre lot, which also has a pool.

Additional houses have recently been sold nearby:

• On Southwest 136th Street, Miami, in October 2021, a 2,390-square-foot home was sold for $1,280,000, a price per square foot of $536.
• In December 2021, a 2,516-square-foot home on Southwest 133rd Terrace in Pinecrest sold for $525,000, a price per square foot of $209.
• A 2,697-square-foot home on the 7300 block of Southwest 134th Terrace in Pinecrest sold in April 2022 for $2,275,000, a price per square foot of $844.
