The $3,400,000 purchase price works out to $354 per square foot. The property features 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. It sits on a 6,000-square-foot lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• In November 2022, a 6,080-square-foot home on Antiquera Avenue in Coral Gables sold for $2,365,000, a price per square foot of $389.
• On Phoenetia Avenue, Coral Gables, in November 2021, a 5,082-square-foot home was sold for $1,560,000, a price per square foot of $307.
• A 3,102-square-foot home on the first block of Oviedo Avenue in Coral Gables sold in October 2022 for $1,350,000, a price per square foot of $435.
