• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in November 2022, a 1,530-square-foot unit was sold for $1,050,000, a price per square foot of $686.
• In March 2022, a 1,530-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $867,000, a price per square foot of $567.
• A 2,120-square-foot unit on the 16700 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in October 2022 for $1,140,000, a price per square foot of $538.
