• In October 2021, a 5,396-square-foot home on Isla Dorada Boulevard in Coral Gables sold for $3,200,000, a price per square foot of $593.
• A 6,551-square-foot home on the 100 block of Isla Dorada Boulevard in Coral Gables sold in June 2022 for $5,300,000, a price per square foot of $809.
• On Paloma Drive, Coral Gables, in October 2021, a 6,382-square-foot home was sold for $8,200,000, a price per square foot of $1,285.
