Multi family in Hialeah area sells for $1.7 million

A building built in 1981 located in the 2600 block of West Eighth Avenue in Hialeah area has a new owner. The 5,670-square-foot property was sold on Dec. 19, 2022 for $1,700,000, or $300 per square foot. The property features eight bedrooms and eight baths. It sits on a 10,600-square-foot lot.

These nearby houses have also recently been purchased:

• A 7,640-square-foot home on the 600 block of West 28th Street in Hialeah sold in January 2022 for $1,300,000, a price per square foot of $170.
• In September 2021, a 11,582-square-foot home on West 29th Street in Hialeah sold for $3,250,000, a price per square foot of $281.
• On West 29th Street, Hialeah, in January 2022, a 4,832-square-foot home was sold for $530,800, a price per square foot of $110.
