The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 1.1-acre lot.

• In June 2022, a 4,841-square-foot home on Southwest 132nd Street in Pinecrest sold for $3,200,000, a price per square foot of $661.
• A 3,764-square-foot home on the 6400 block of Southwest 134th Drive in Pinecrest sold in September 2021 for $1,855,000, a price per square foot of $493.
• On Southwest 134th Drive, Pinecrest, in October 2021, a 2,256-square-foot home was sold for $1,098,000, a price per square foot of $487.
