A spacious house built in 1936 located in the 3500 block of Avocado Avenue in Miami has a new owner. The 2,940-square-foot property was sold on Dec. 19, 2022 for $2,450,000, or $833 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The backyard also has a pool. The unit sits on a 7,000-square-foot lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• In February 2022, a 2,380-square-foot home on Loquat Avenue in Miami sold for $1,350,000, a price per square foot of $567.
• A 2,380-square-foot home on the 3500 block of Loquat Avenue in Miami sold in May 2022 for $1,362,100, a price per square foot of $572.
• On Loquat Avenue, Miami, in October 2022, a 1,083-square-foot home was sold for $1,800,000, a price per square foot of $1,662.
