Condominium sells in Sunny Isles Beach for $4.5 million

A 3,171-square-foot condominium built in 2016 has changed hands. The spacious and recently built property located in the 18500 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on Dec. 19, 2022 for $4,500,000, or $1,419 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and five bathrooms. The unit sits on a 1-square-foot lot.

Additional units have recently changed hands nearby:

• A 3,945-square-foot unit on the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in August 2022 for $3,200,000, a price per square foot of $811.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in July 2022, a 1,591-square-foot unit was sold for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $786.
• In October 2021, a 2,864-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,510,000, a price per square foot of $527.
