The 4,459-square-foot property was sold on Dec. 14, 2022 for $1,620,000, or $363 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sits on a 0.4-acre lot, which also has a pool.
Additional houses have recently changed hands nearby:
- On Southwest 79th Avenue, Miami, in April 2022, a 3,715-square-foot home was sold for $1,350,000, a price per square foot of $363.
- A 3,921-square-foot home on the 7500 block of Miller Drive in Miami sold in February 2022 for $680,000, a price per square foot of $173.
- In September 2021, a 2,038-square-foot home on Southwest 74th Court in Miami sold for $750,000, a price per square foot of $368.
