Multi family sells in Miami Beach for $2.4 million

• In January 2022, a 1,373-square-foot home on Harding Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $1,215,000, a price per square foot of $885.
• On Abbott Avenue, Miami Beach, in July 2022, a 7,134-square-foot home was sold for $2,000,000, a price per square foot of $280.
• A 7,616-square-foot home on the 7700 block of Byron Avenue in Miami Beach sold in June 2022 for $3,600,000, a price per square foot of $473.
