Condominium sells for $5.9 million in North Miami Beach

A spacious new condominium built in 2020 located in the 15700 block of Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach has a new owner. The 2,137-square-foot property was sold on Dec. 12, 2022. The $5,900,000 purchase price works out to $2,761 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been purchased nearby:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in April 2022, a 1,979-square-foot unit was sold for $1,440,000, a price per square foot of $728.
• A 1,962-square-foot unit on the 15900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in February 2022 for $1,260,000, a price per square foot of $642.
• In August 2021, a 1,435-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $810,000, a price per square foot of $564.
