Condominium in Miami Beach sells for $10 million

A 9,514-square-foot condominium built in 2016 has changed hands. The spacious and recently built property located in the 7000 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach was sold on Nov. 14, 2022 for $10,000,000, or $1,051 per square foot. The property features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• On Fisher Island Drive, Miami Beach, in March 2022, a 3,500-square-foot unit was sold for $6,100,000, a price per square foot of $1,743.
• A 7,025-square-foot unit on the 7100 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold in February 2022 for $21,000,000, a price per square foot of $2,989.
• In November 2021, a 3,690-square-foot unit on Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold for $5,275,000, a price per square foot of $1,430.
