The $26,000,000 purchase price works out to $3,829 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms, seven baths, and a garage. It sits on a 9,953-square-foot lot.
Additional houses have recently been sold close by:
- A 4,271-square-foot home on the 200 block of West San Marino Drive in Miami Beach sold in January 2022 for $11,200,000, a price per square foot of $2,622.
- On East San Marino Drive, Miami Beach, in December 2021, a 5,330-square-foot home was sold for $15,000,000, a price per square foot of $2,814.
- In January 2022, a 2,457-square-foot home on Venetian Way in Miami Beach sold for $2,153,500, a price per square foot of $876.
