The $3,775,000 purchase price works out to $1,662 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently been purchased:

• A 2,150-square-foot unit on the 19100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in April 2022 for $1,700,000, a price per square foot of $791.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in March 2022, a 2,150-square-foot unit was sold for $1,600,000, a price per square foot of $744.
• In January 2022, a 1,900-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $632.
