Condominium sells in Aventura for $2.9 million

A spacious condominium built in 2000 located in the 19900 block of Northeast 38th Court in Aventura has a new owner. The 2,860-square-foot property was sold on Dec. 7, 2022. The $2,853,000 purchase price works out to $998 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and five bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• On Northeast 39th Place, Miami, in November 2021, a 3,160-square-foot unit was sold for $926,600, a price per square foot of $293.
• A 2,850-square-foot unit on the 19900 block of Northeast 39th Place in Miami sold in November 2022 for $1,560,000, a price per square foot of $547.
• In September 2021, a 3,050-square-foot unit on Northeast 39th Place in Miami sold for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $410.
