Condominium in Sunny Isles Beach sells for $6.6 million

A spacious new condominium built in 2019 located in the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has a new owner. The 3,315-square-foot property was sold on Dec. 5, 2022. The $6,600,000 purchase price works out to $1,991 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• A 2,150-square-foot unit on the 19100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in April 2022 for $1,700,000, a price per square foot of $791.
• In March 2022, a 2,150-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,600,000, a price per square foot of $744.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in January 2022, a 1,900-square-foot unit was sold for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $632.
