Condominium sells in Sunny Isles Beach for $2.5 million

A 3,018-square-foot condominium built in 2006 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 17200 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on Dec. 5, 2022 for $2,500,000, or $828 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• In December 2021, a 1,933-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $2,280,000, a price per square foot of $1,180.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in December 2021, a 1,933-square-foot unit was sold for $2,100,000, a price per square foot of $1,086.
• A 1,956-square-foot unit on the 17100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in April 2022 for $2,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,022.
