Sale closed in Miami Beach: $9 million for a condominium

A 2,847-square-foot condominium built in 2002 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 100 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach was sold on Dec. 6, 2022. The $8,968,400 purchase price works out to $3,150 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.

These nearby units have also recently been sold:

• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in November 2022, a 648-square-foot unit was sold for $1,075,000, a price per square foot of $1,659.
• A 2,903-square-foot unit on the first block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in February 2022 for $11,700,000, a price per square foot of $4,030.
• In April 2022, a 695-square-foot unit on South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $1,300,000, a price per square foot of $1,871.
