A 2,501-square-foot condominium built in 2018 has changed hands. The spacious and recently built property located in the 16900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on Dec. 5, 2022. The $3,800,000 purchase price works out to $1,519 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in December 2021, a 2,120-square-foot unit was sold for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $590.
• In December 2021, a 2,120-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,450,000, a price per square foot of $684.
• A 500-square-foot unit on the 16700 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in March 2022 for $270,000, a price per square foot of $540.
