Condominium in Miami Beach sells for $5.6 million

A spacious and recently built condominium built in 2015 located in the 300 block of Meridian Avenue in Miami Beach has a new owner. The 2,782-square-foot property was sold on Nov. 22, 2022 for $5,550,000, or $1,995 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• A 1,196-square-foot unit on the 900 block of Fourth Street in Miami Beach sold in March 2022 for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $1,003.
• On Fourth Street, Miami Beach, in October 2021, a 1,164-square-foot unit was sold for $1,050,000, a price per square foot of $902.
• In January 2022, a 595-square-foot unit on Jefferson Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $220,700, a price per square foot of $371.
