• A 4,609-square-foot unit on the 17700 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in October 2021 for $9,500,000, a price per square foot of $2,061.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in September 2022, a 4,609-square-foot unit was sold for $6,250,000, a price per square foot of $1,356.
