A 12,185-square-foot building built in 1936 has changed hands. The property located in the 2900 block of Sheridan Avenue in Miami Beach was sold on Nov. 28, 2022 for $2,625,000, or $215 per square foot. The property features eight bedrooms and eight baths. The unit sits on a 7,080-square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands nearby:

• In May 2022, a 8,908-square-foot home on West 28th Street in Miami Beach sold for $3,440,000, a price per square foot of $386.
• A 2,146-square-foot home on the 300 block of West 28th Street in Miami Beach sold in October 2021 for $945,000, a price per square foot of $440.
• On Royal Palm Avenue, Miami Beach, in December 2021, a 4,162-square-foot home was sold for $2,100,000, a price per square foot of $505.
