• A 648-square-foot unit on the first block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in November 2022 for $1,075,000, a price per square foot of $1,659.
• In June 2022, a 1,900-square-foot unit on South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $6,500,000, a price per square foot of $3,421.
• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in May 2022, a 1,862-square-foot unit was sold for $4,700,000, a price per square foot of $2,524.
