• In May 2022, a 770-square-foot unit on 180th Drive in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $195,000, a price per square foot of $253.
• A 676-square-foot unit on the 200 block of 181st Drive in Sunny Isles Beach sold in September 2021 for $199,500, a price per square foot of $295.
• On 180th Drive, Sunny Isles Beach, in March 2022, a 770-square-foot unit was sold for $200,000, a price per square foot of $260.
