Condominium in Sunny Isles Beach sells for $4.5 million

A spacious new condominium built in 2019 located in the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has a new owner. The 2,682-square-foot property was sold on Nov. 17, 2022. The $4,500,000 purchase price works out to $1,678 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and five baths.

These nearby units have also recently been purchased:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in December 2021, a 1,900-square-foot unit was sold for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $658.
• A 2,150-square-foot unit on the 19100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in May 2022 for $1,500,000, a price per square foot of $698.
• In April 2022, a 2,150-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,700,000, a price per square foot of $791.
