Sale closed in Miami Beach: $2.9 million for a condominium

A condominium built in 2008 located in the 3700 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach has a new owner. The 1,621-square-foot property was sold on Nov. 17, 2022. The $2,900,000 purchase price works out to $1,789 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and three baths.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• A 910-square-foot unit on the 3700 block of Indian Creek Drive in Miami Beach sold in September 2022 for $270,000, a price per square foot of $297.
• On Indian Creek Drive, Miami Beach, in April 2022, a 1,190-square-foot unit was sold for $525,000, a price per square foot of $441.
• In November 2021, a 240-square-foot unit on Indian Creek Drive in Miami Beach sold for $155,000, a price per square foot of $646.
