Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• On Southwest Ninth Street, Miami, in June 2022, a 16,737-square-foot home was sold for $58,000,000, a price per square foot of $3,465.
• A 615,867-square-foot home on the 200 block of Southwest 11th Street in Miami sold in July 2022 for $184,500,000, a price per square foot of $300.
• In June 2022, a 6,508-square-foot home on Southwest First Avenue in Miami sold for $6,250,000, a price per square foot of $960.
