• A 5,527-square-foot home on the 11300 block of Southwest 60th Avenue in Pinecrest sold in June 2022 for $3,000,000, a price per square foot of $543.
• In August 2021, a 3,655-square-foot home on Southwest 113th Street in Pinecrest sold for $1,265,000, a price per square foot of $346.
• On Southwest 114th Terrace, Pinecrest, in August 2022, a 5,712-square-foot home was sold for $4,665,000, a price per square foot of $817.
