Condominium sells for $1.7 million in Miami

A 2,750-square-foot condominium built in 1982 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 2800 block of South Bayshore Drive in Miami was sold on Nov. 9, 2022 for $1,650,000, or $600 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• A 1,587-square-foot unit on the 2900 block of South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold in October 2021 for $1,800,000, a price per square foot of $1,134.
• On South Bayshore Drive, Miami, in May 2022, a 816-square-foot unit was sold for $635,000, a price per square foot of $778.
• In March 2022, a 1,172-square-foot unit on South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold for $810,000, a price per square foot of $691.
