• A 1,850-square-foot unit on the 3500 block of West Fairview Street in Miami sold in April 2022 for $650,000, a price per square foot of $351.
• On West Fairview Street, Miami, in December 2021, a 1,850-square-foot unit was sold for $1,950,000, a price per square foot of $1,054.
• In April 2022, a 1,850-square-foot unit on West Fairview Street in Miami sold for $2,050,000, a price per square foot of $1,108.
