• A 3,195-square-foot unit on the 17100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in August 2022 for $5,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,565.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in February 2022, a 3,195-square-foot unit was sold for $26,100, a price per square foot of $8.
• In February 2022, a 2,042-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $3,500,000, a price per square foot of $1,714.
