• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in October 2021, a 699-square-foot unit was sold for $850,000, a price per square foot of $1,216.
• A 1,443-square-foot unit on the first block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in February 2022 for $3,490,000, a price per square foot of $2,419.
