Condominium sells for $3.5 million in North Miami Beach

A 2,137-square-foot condominium built in 2020 has changed hands. The spacious new property located in the 15700 block of Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach was sold on Nov. 9, 2022. The $3,500,000 purchase price works out to $1,638 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in May 2022, a 2,768-square-foot unit was sold for $953,000, a price per square foot of $344.
• A 1,435-square-foot unit on the 15900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in September 2021 for $860,000, a price per square foot of $599.
• In March 2022, a 2,768-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $2,500,000, a price per square foot of $903.
