Condominium sells for $2.5 million in Sunny Isles Beach

A condominium built in 2008 located in the 17000 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has new owners. The 1,927-square-foot property was sold on Nov. 7, 2022. The $2,450,000 purchase price works out to $1,271 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in February 2022, a 2,042-square-foot unit was sold for $3,500,000, a price per square foot of $1,714.
• A 3,262-square-foot unit on the 17100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in April 2022 for $5,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,533.
• In February 2022, a 3,195-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $26,100, a price per square foot of $8.
