Condominium in Sunny Isles Beach sells for $2.9 million

A spacious new condominium built in 2020 located in the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has new owners. The 2,271-square-foot property was sold on Oct. 28, 2022. The $2,900,000 purchase price works out to $1,277 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.

These nearby units have also recently been purchased:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in December 2021, a 1,900-square-foot unit was sold for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $658.
• A 1,900-square-foot unit on the 19100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in January 2022 for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $632.
• In February 2022, a 1,800-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,115,000, a price per square foot of $619.
